Therapy: A bold step inward
Each of us walks a hard road. We meet challenges — in the world and in ourselves — and face them as well as we can. We carry pain, often invisibly. We press on in spite of the doubt we feel about ourselves, our relationships, or our place in this universe.
The way I see it, none of us are meant to do all of this alone.
To engage in the process of therapy is to take a bold step into the shadows within ourselves. When taken with courage and openness, this step can lead toward some truly marvelous things — growth, healing, acceptance, and the person one truly is.
If we work together, I can be a guide on your journey to uncover these inner treasures. Using the tools of my training, we’ll lay a path of acceptance and curiosity. As you make discoveries on that path, I’ll be at your side, asking helpful questions and reminding you that you aren’t alone.
We walk together. You hold the lantern.
